Description

The CSPCC300-VBSS-TV09 Under-Vehicle Scanning System (UVSS) is a professional, portable security inspection device designed for fast, accurate undercarriage checking. It combines a 3MP high-definition scanning camera with automatic license plate recognition to form a one-stop vehicle access management solution.

Equipped with self-developed image processing technology, the system performs precise distortion correction and seamless multi-frame image stitching, producing ultra-clear panoramic under-vehicle images (up to 16384×2048). It automatically scans vehicles at speeds from 1 km/h to 50 km/h and outputs results in as fast as 2 seconds.

Operation is simplified by a dedicated Android application: users can monitor scanning in real time, view images, search records, and export data via a tablet over WIFI, with no need for an industrial computer. The radar-sensed automatic fill light ensures clear imaging day and night, while the built-in intelligent algorithm supports suspicious area detection and visual alarm.

Weighing only 3.7kg and with a height of 50mm (similar to a speed bump), the unit is compact, lightweight, and requires no construction or fixed installation. It supports both portable use and optional fixed installation with an embedded wireless charging base. The integrated design offers IP67 waterproof, dustproof, and anti-electromagnetic interference performance, with 30-ton load-bearing capacity and a 19-hour long-lasting battery.

The system supports H.264/H.265 video compression, 2.4G/5.8G dual-band WIFI, and multiple network protocols (TCP/IP, UDP, HTTP, RTSP, ONVIF). It is widely used in temporary checkpoints, security stations, public events, and access control scenarios.
